We are honored to have the opportunity to work in Clay County - such a rich tradition and sense of history, strong community and civility.
With great respect we want to introduce you to our concept of the Optimist solar project, located on predominantly private property in Clay County outside of West Point.
Optimist will be capable of producing up to 200 MW of clean American energy – enough to power more than 45,000 homes.

This will be SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, through construction spending, job creation, and direct local expenditures over the course of project operation.
